The inspection

Each watch is inspected by a certified watchmaker before it goes live on the site. We verify markings, serial number, movement caliber, dial provenance, bracelet, clasp, and any documented service history. We check every reference against known counterfeit patterns. We confirm the piece keeps time within specification.

The certificate

Every order ships with a WATCH ON DEMAND Certificate of Authenticity, signed by our head watchmaker. Keep it. It supports resale value and is documentation that the piece has passed through our authentication process.

The guarantee

If you receive a piece and any independent watchmaker can substantiate that it is not authentic as described, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days, no questions asked.
