FREQUENTLY ASKED

Are these watches authentic?

Yes. Every piece is inspected by a certified watchmaker before listing. We issue a Certificate of Authenticity with every order. See Authenticity for the full process.

Do I get the original box and papers?

When listed, yes. Each product page indicates whether box, papers, or both are included. If only the watch is included, that's stated explicitly.

Can I pay by instalments?

Yes. Affirm and Klarna are available at checkout for eligible orders. Shop Pay Installments is also supported.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express, fully insured. Duties and taxes outside Australia are the buyer's responsibility.

What if the watch doesn't fit?

14-day returns from delivery (see Shipping & Returns). For bracelet sizing, contact us before the watch ships and we can have it sized to your wrist.

Do you offer servicing?

Yes. We partner with certified watchmakers for full service work. Email service@watchondemand.co with your watch details.

How do I sell my watch to you?
