SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Free, fully insured shipping on every order. Signature required on delivery. Most orders ship within 2 business days of payment clearing.

Domestic Australia: 2 to 4 business days via Australia Post Platinum or StarTrack Premium.
International: 3 to 7 business days via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility outside Australia.

Returns

14 days from delivery. The watch must be returned in original condition, with all packaging, papers, and the Certificate of Authenticity. Return shipping is on the buyer for change-of-mind returns.

Authenticity exceptions

If the piece is materially different from described, return shipping is on us and we refund the full purchase price including original shipping.

Authenticated by partnering watchmakers

Every piece is inspected and authenticated by our partnering watchmakers before listing. Caseback, serial, movement, dial, and hardware verified by hand.
