A 2019 Rolex Cosmograph Daytona — the "John Mayer" green-dial yellow gold — fitted by Rolex with a factory baguette diamond bezel. Off-catalogue. A private commission, not a reference you find in the consumer line-up.

The base is the 116508 in 18k yellow gold, green lacquer dial, red-accented subdials, Oyster bracelet. The bezel is the factory baguette upgrade — Rolex's own stones, Rolex's own setting, signed and assembled in Switzerland. Not aftermarket.

Caliber 4130 chronograph. Full set, mint throughout: box, papers, hangtags, swing tag, the lot.

The John Mayer alone is one of the most sought-after current-production Daytonas. The factory-baguette John Mayer is a different category — these surface once or twice a year, at most.

For high-set Rolex at this level, three things matter: factory provenance on the stones (verified — Rolex baguette setting, not aftermarket), papers and box that match (verified — 2019, complete), and dial originality (verified — original green lacquer, no refinish).
